LET MY SON COMMUNICATE WITH ME! It’s not ok I haven’t heard a word from him since President’s Day February 2023, not even on Mothers Day. Do you believe an innocent mom or dad have a right to hear from their child on Christmas or their birthday? Why did anyone take away our rights to speak and eat, as well as victimize us via taking our civil rights without due process? Such nasty level of disrespect must stop. False allegations led to unwarranted child removal & worse injustice. Parental alienation as caused by every condoning & degrading person is wrong, unethical, unforgivable. Was it smart of any educational institution to ignore or be ignorant of the truth? When social service, judicial, and medical anyone prevent simple communication and dozens of human rights laws, made life unlivable, unenjoyable, miserable, devoid of anything happy. Stop believing any liar or unempathetic, careless, unethical hateful, inhumane hater/discriminator who had any conflict of interest or selfish agenda. My son & I are innocent & falsely accused by some nasty haters who seemed to trying to prove I was nuts as they enjoyed driving me bonkers to prove I was crazy…. to devalue my credibility while averting accountability? Some made excuses, others condoned via misconduct, while scum of the earth tortured, and tried to offensively accuse my son & I of being crazy to avoid their accountability for directly harming and endangering our lives over and over. Is it because I was grieving the deaths of both my grandmother and godfather within a month of eachother?
Why did som treat me worse than criminals in noncrimminal juvenile court while innocent? I was never any pushover either, didn’t choose to be belittled. It’s worse than shocking how far some sadistic careless unwelcome nasty scum treated us when forced to bend over backwards for them & do their bidding. Did betters take a gamble in carelessly separating us? We were always Better Together. While dealing with the misery of injustice, dealt many decks of picture cards for this true justice case for more reasons as guided by love.
The musical documentary is an entire serious series for those of you who avoid reading or rather hear with speeches with music. It’s to supplement a 500 page court testimony book of innocence that wasn’t enough to file in courts for many to be held accountable, & sent to prison for their crimes for the rest of their lives. Without access to civil rights, nor basic human decency, some of these pathetic bullies even found and pinned enemy scapegoats via triangulation, then ensured I was led toward poverty and suicide. The father is not at fault either, so why did anyone make him suffer too? Joy, or peace? What’s that? The hate crimes against my innocent son & I are unforgivable and demand restitution, and reparations.
Bring him home, return everything stolen, and bring us true justice for the unforgivable crimes, traumas that certain criminal discriminators caused us, in the most disrespectful nasty hateful ways. Neither of us had any mental nor developmental disability either, sober/drugree, so why did they throw us into such discriminatory facilities & deprived us of basic civil rights? Do I seem braindead to you? What was anyone trying to change about us in their retaliation?Their own lack of empathy or power control issues, lousy jealousy, putrid hatrid, profit, or avoidance? Why was my son taken via unlawful criminals who had conflict of interest? Why has anyone failed to return him as of June 2024 since his unjust removal June 9, 2022 from that office in another county? Why did any thief steal our hopes, dreams, livlihood, reasons to live, love, and access to peace, joy, & prosperity?
He was deported to NY to people who never met us together. I filed several protection orders to keep some bitches away from my son and I, yet too many failed to honor basic human decency. Is it because I wrote letters, or stood up for us? He’s missing & belongs at home in Colorado. We are Better Together in this Double Trouble Struggle Juggle. 10 episodes of public documentary film victim statements nearly complete. Why would anyone take my son away from me? We used to be happy together at our safe home, while neither his father nor I had any substance nor issues either. And, no, I wasn’t impaired nor mental either, so maybe you can help send some evil unwelcome people back to hell where they belong. Sorry, I’m not social or motivated anymore, so not a fun happy person anymore and find no enjoyment in this work due to those who made my life unlivable without access to livlihood or love yet. Smiling and feeling happy? What’s that feel like? I only do this for my son, since apparently my life is useless and worthless to those who violated both of us. Your contribution & ideas matter. I don’t tell anyone what to do, yet read enough law to know the severity of have unethically we were treated as if better off dead. Healing cannot begin without justice and accountability from all of our perpetrators & careless dum dums. Having type 1 diabetes is no reason to take a child from an innocent mom. They took him June 2022. Why? Niether parent had any drug or alcohol issues at all, we resolved our differences in 2018 & nearly straightedge lifestyle. Accountability must occur for all who overtly harmed in our unusual case. Tell me again what I did wrong & what am I supposed to regret? What was I supposed to do after obediently following forced coercive orders? I didn’t make careless or stupid choices to have been subjected to this criminal level of excessive torture as a personal attack. I swear over every ancestor that i have zero regrets in my safe maternal care and certainly not once ever neglected my son, nor his needs and feel beyond offended since all avoided peaceful resolution thus far. Why has peace failed to work with the unwelcome belittling nasty organized group of criminals? For the record, much is owed to us and this is NOT a battle against any government, since these staff were NOT our good elected leaders that I often worked for. Private contractor & foster industry interests simply cannot commit fraud via judicial abuse wasting our public tax $ to target marginalized populations into poverty and suicide indirectly. Justice will be served to each who attempted to avoid accountability. I’ve never been treated worse in my entire life. My testimony exposes all involved & about them, not my insignificance. Maybe this can shine a path of light for all who seek to know how to navigate similar issues with direct focus that always leads to opportunity and unity. Every attempt to have wasted my life and time will fail. May the tables turn for the traumatic tragedy & horror inflicted upon my lil Denver family. Evil will suffer. Those who loved to harm us or love to act hateful all desecrated love, so karma can have access to them without barriers. The questions to unravel the mysteries must be solved & resolved. Real true love must win for those who deserve what and who they love. May every karma and law destroy the rest of our perpetrators who betrayed us. Many stopped harming others, yet noone can let them get away with what they did. No excuses. If this happened to you, you may be a silenced/ shamed/ falsely blamed victim too, so it’s vital to expose every unethical action, and ensure they don’t get away with any of it. I don’t know what’s wrong with those who either played dumb or hatefully followed the same strategy. Why has anyone taken my son hostage upon taking away everything and everyone that I and he loved?

Just seeking justice for unforgivable tragedy. As an innocent mom, my son & I are victims of discrimination, defamation, false allegations, coercion, abuse of the disabled while deprived of human rights. Unforgivable ignorant discriminators, abusive liars, bullies, fraudulent criminals ,& indifferent fear monger scum of the earth traumatized our tiny family. Inactive people condoned their bullying via misconduct. Gee, thanks for making our lives feel unlivable, unenjoyable, & inaccessible in our Double Trouble Struggle Juggle. Let’s protect children’s rights, parental rights, disability rights instead via higher level law enforcement. Support good people. Stop those who accused, abused, & deprived us. Hold them accountable for the rest of their lives. We were just a normal, yet creative happy family ripped apart for no good true reason whatsoever. Bias & prejudice? Hatred & indifference? Isn’t it better to be different rather than indifferent? I haven’t heard from him, not even a phone call since June 2022 and it’s not ok we’ve been denied simple human rights due to actions of most cruel & unusual bullies that traumatized/victimized us in horrific ways. I’m neither crazy nor lazy, just creative and honest. I did not want to write a 500 page testimony, I just wrote it in preparation for court, yet some people did not have a sense of logic, reason, kindness, or fairness in that traumatic courtroom aka “hellhole down the hall.” It doesn’t serve us any justice for those who ignored our human rights to get away with what they did even if they are not abusing the judicial system against others anymore. For the record, I’m not fighting any government or “system” since none of them were elected officials or reasonable representatives. Just helping enforce the civil rights laws that were supposed to protect us to make this about support.

Our Double Trouble Struggle Juggle legal, medical, & trauma drama was only written for the courts in refutation of 100’s of lies both false, misconstrued allegations. It’s a nonfictional true documentary from a simple 100% voluntary request for ADA accommodation from Dept of human services . It’s not a family history, mostly just a testimony and report about others involving laws. A full year after proven progress & success with identical medical condition, both child & I faced inhumane ignorant child division control freaks confused, accused, & abused us. This could happen to anyone, too many fear speaking up, so I offer higher law advocacy of civil rights, disability rights, parental, & children’s rights. We’re just subjects of deprivation of justice in a physical disability case caused by cruel & indifferent people with conflict of interests. I uncover the issues that have nothing to do with our innocent family. It’s as real as life gets in matters of discrimination, and traumatic dramatic deprivation of justice while innocent. Psychological matters involve abuse of the disabled, deranged abusive caseworker & her evil attorney partners, ignorant child division supervisors, facility contractors, judges confusing records of unrelated people. It’s a corrupt shocking mess of punitive orders for zero crime. These few scum of the earth antagonists subjected us to abysmal horror of psychological torture & unforgivable trauma for no good justified reason. Were some dodging accountability via scapegoating? Every day I ask why would anyone be so cruel to us. What did I do wrong? My child is innocent too. Love vs. evil involved with innocent insulin dependent child in state custody before deportation. Court confused physical issues to be mental, social records to be medical, switched records of unrelated family, & accused me of my innocent child’s behavior. Although comic relief, no joke, many on our case even accused and confused us with cats.

It all started with a song poem we wrote called “Stop” about glorifying insulin, then preposterously accused of not using the medicine we rely on for our health & never skipped a day of variable dosages. Why were we punished for a motivational song to find the silver lining of having a disabilities? Is it because someone didn’t like me & disgruntled after their dismissal, unwelcome pushy wastes of time & parking issues? What did I do wrong? I have zero regrets about any medical decisions made with care since our dual diagnosis of T1D January 2021
Court began within a week of social services arrival to our home the same day we recorded footage for the infamous “Stop Song” poem to glorify insulin. We didn’t do anything wrong! Click on the photo above to read the song.
After creating blood test books for insulin & dietary management & writing a Medical Respect Excerpt, some clueless non medical staff of the child welfare division, & people who were never ever our doctors, nor nurses, not even endocrinologists, just court attorneys falsely accused me of medical neglect. We have the same identical physical disability. We managed our medical needs to meticulous detail with proven daily data, as a credible biological science degree bearing mom. We followed higher health standards as new onsets learning to adjust to sudden debilitating disability & qualified for ADA accommodations. I was the one who requested our voluntary private case with social services, not because we did anything wrong at all. Unfortunately, some people had ignorance of disability, children’s, parental, & basic human rights, while others either ignored or had ill intentions with conflict of interest. I speculate why in this investigation of WHY ANYONE would interfere so abruptly & take my son from our happy healthy home!
How would you solve this mystery in this investigation of shady questionable people? Who lied and why? Why would anyone fabricate reasons? Why would anyone spread rumors of unrelated mental issues that we never had? Imagine being treated as if braindead while falsely accused of unrelated disabilities you never had, then deprived of human rights & choices, while driven bonkers by unwelcome instigators. So why was my child removed & who’s decisions was it? Did we face extreme inhumane consequences only because we have ADA protected disabilities, or was it something else?
In advocacy for both ADA’s together (The American Disabilities Act + American Diabetes Association) we struggle as a disadvantaged population that requires equal access to stop discrimination based on any disability. Those with every disability will understand what it’s like to have any impairment or handicap & what it takes to overcome hardship in the fight for survival & equal access just to make life better.
